CICC-ITOE 2011 is a leading International Conference on Innovative Computing, Communication, Information Technology, and Ocean Engineering. Last year, CICC-ITOE 2010 was held in Macao, Jan 30-31, 2010. And, CICC-ITOE 2010 was indexed by EI Compendex after three months later.
CICC-ITOE 2011 will be published by IEEE, which will be indexed by EI Compendex and ISTP.

Submissions should include an abstract, 5-10 keywords, e-mail address of the corresponding author, and not exceed 4 pages(IEEE Proceedings Manuscripts style: two columns, single-spaced), including tables, figures and references, using 10 fonts, and number each page, in PDF, PostScript, or MS Word format.
